Coming on the heels of one Captivate’s most successful case studies to date was a finalist selection for 2020 AMY Awards in the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) category.
On March 12, Captivate will be in the running for the Atlanta Marketer of the Year (AMY) Awards against finalists Swarm Agency and Nebo Agency, two highly-regarded SEO agencies based in Atlanta.
The finalist selection stems from Captivate’s work with Window Film Depot (WFD), America’s #1 volume commercial window film installer headquartered in Atlanta.

About the Project
Window Film Depot’s multi-tiered SEO campaign centered on developing a new website that would help improve its organic search visibility and lead acquisition funnel.
Captivate applied its Search First® methodology in leveraging keyword data, search trends, and user behavior modeling to build an SEO-friendly website that would help Window Film Depot actualize its digital marketing objectives.
Based on Captivate’s distillation of its findings, the campaign’s outlook would include a revamped, SEO-friendly website as well as an ongoing content marketing and outreach strategy. The new website, which launched January 16th, 2019, and its associated strategic marketing initiatives would propel increases in Window Film Depot’s organic search traffic, link acquisition, user engagement, and conversions.
Not only did cumulative organic search traffic increase by 50.88% in 2019 versus 2018, but the strongest growth was realized in Q4, when the site experienced a 162.33% increase. During that same time period, the website’s bounce rate improved by 42% and average session duration increased 72%, facilitating Window Film Depot’s growth as an industry authority.
The team at Captivate is excited to be part of this year’s AMY Awards for its core competency in SEO and hopes to bring home its first Red Pencil.
