We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a strong focus on content planning, strategy development, creation, reporting, scheduling, and publishing across various platforms.
Primary Job Responsibilities of Jr. Social Media Coordinator Role:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to meet client objectives and goals.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media channels, including but not limited to posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for content optimization and audience engagement.
- Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools to ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, representing the client’s brand voice and values.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and promotions.
- Track and report on key social media metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure effective and innovative social media strategies.
Social Media Coordinator Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with community management and engaging with online audiences is a plus.
